Stephen Recordon received his BA Degree in Business Administration. He has served the community as a Judge Pro Tempore, hearing small claims cases in the Chula Vista Court. Recordon & Recordon has been recognized by the legal community for its public service commitment on an annual basis.

Kathy Recordon handles family law matters for the firm. She was student body president of her law school from 1979-1980. Kathy has served as a Judge Pro Tempore in the South Bay Courts as well as the San Diego Superior Courts and serves as a Family Law Settlement Judge assisting the Superior Court in resolving cases without the necessity of trial. Kathy also completed her Family Law Mediation training in 1995.
