Communication Log
This Collection Communication Report should be used to document phone calls from Debt Collectors. Make sure you have quick access to it at all times. If you do not answer the phone, and the debt collector leaves a message, make sure you do not delete them. They may be valuable evidence in your case.
Also, make sure you do not discard any mail received from the collectors as well, including the envelope.
